Physical, mental, emotional, and energetic health is not a static state but an ongoing process of finding balance. In our modern society, most of us are so busy that we're often stuck in a prolonged stress response that can cause a variety of different ailments. This can manifest with pain, digestive issues, trouble sleeping, emotional disharmony, hormone imbalances, chronic illness, or poor immune health, to name a few. By finding ways to slow down, we allow our nervous systems to exhale, and create space to tune into the body's innate wisdom for deep and profound healing.

Services include acupuncture, cupping, auricular acupuncture/ear seeds, gua sha, crystal healing, custom Chinese herbal blends, as well as Usui and Karuna Reiki.

Appointments are offered at the Capitol Hill Healing Center at 750 E 9th Ave Denver, CO. Online scheduling can be found under the "Appointments" tab above. Distant reiki is available anywhere and anytime, simply schedule by emailing me!

Volunteer at LifeSpark Cancer Resources since 2015
This amazing Colorado non-profit offers free Reiki and Healing Touch sessions to cancer patients at any point during their treatment journey. Distant sessions are available and in-person sessions will be resuming soon too!
